1. Acceptance

By using CenRes you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Not an emergency service

CenRes is a community information tool only. It is not a substitute for the authorities, a security company, or emergency dispatch. In an emergency always call SAPS 10111 or EMS 10177 directly. We make no guarantee of response, accuracy, or availability.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading or malicious incident reports;
Use the service to harass, threaten or dox others;
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or compromise the service;
Impersonate others or businesses without consent.

False reports may be reviewed and removed, and repeat misuse may result in a ban.

4. User content

You remain responsible for content you submit (incident reports, business listings). You confirm you have the right to submit it, including obtaining any necessary consent from individuals or businesses you list.

5. Business listings

Listings are published only with the business owner's consent. By submitting a listing you confirm you are authorised to do so and that the information is accurate. Listings may be verified, edited or removed at our discretion.

6. No warranty & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from use of the service, including reliance on incident information or any failure, delay or unavailability.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law & contact
